The Booster Metal Stamp is a not water miscible low viscosity forming lubricant with polar agents.

The Booster Metal Stamp is mainly used as drawing and stamping oil, also applicable for rolling, bordering, etc. and has the following properties:
– very productive stamping and drawing lubricant based on mineral oil, with agents to increase the efficiency
– not water miscible
– chlorine and aromatic free
– unscented, residue-free after evaporation
– compatible with all metals

Observe the valid VDI Guidelines 3035 and 3397 (1 – 3) when using the product. To maintain the function of a cooling lubricant the product has to be stored frost free. The product is a water hazardous liquid. The BGR/GUV-R 143 – Operations with cooling lubricants – has to be observed for safe handling.
