This is an emulsifying metal working fluid based on high quality solvent refined base oils and a number of additives. The following properties are obtained after mixing the product with water:
— a good stability of the emulsion
— a good protection against corrosion
— low foaming characteristics
In general a 10% emulsion (add 1 part oil to 9 parts water while stirring thoroughly) to obtain a very stable emulsion, gives a good cooling lubricant for drilling, turning and cutting of normal commercial steels.
The product must be stored inside and above 0 °C; because of stability consume within one year.
